How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Most U.S. orders arrive within 7–15 business days after processing. You'll see the estimate for your item at checkout.

How do I track my order?

Every order comes with a tracking number, emailed to you as soon as your package ships. If tracking hasn't updated in 5 business days, email us and we'll investigate right away.

What is your return policy?

We offer 30-day returns. If you don't love your item, contact us within 30 days of receiving it and we'll walk you through the return. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

How do I use the WELCOME10 discount?

Enter code WELCOME10 at checkout to get 10% off your first order. It works on everything in the store.

My order arrived damaged — what now?

Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll reship or refund it, your choice, at no cost to you.
